If you have multiple Shaw accounts, you can link them to one Shaw ID to manage them more easily. You can add additional accounts using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw mobile app.

 

Add an account using the My Shaw website

To link another Shaw account to your primary Shaw ID:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Log in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Profile and scroll down the My accounts.
  4. Click Add account.
  5. Enter the account number and postal code for the account you want to link.
  6. Click Save.

Add an account using the My Shaw mobile app

To link another Shaw account to your primary Shaw ID using the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap the menu icon:
    • On an Apple device, tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.
    • On an Android device, tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner

  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Enter the account number and postal code for the account you want to link.
  5. Tap Add Account.
