The Connection Fee is a one-time non-refundable fee that connects your phone to the Shaw network and includes a SIM Card, if you require one (physical, or eSIM, if applicable).

A Connection Fee may also be charged when upgrading your device.

How is the Connection Fee Charged?

The Connection Fee is charged to your invoice.
