You have received your first bill from Shaw and it appears to be higher than what you were expecting. This may be the result of

  • equipment rentals
  • changes in service
  • programming additions such as on-demand and pay-per-view content

To check your account balance through your My Shaw account:

From My Shaw, you can view your account balance within the My Bills section. By default, your last months of bills will display under your current balance.
