You have received your first bill and it appears to be higher than what you were expecting. This may be the result of:

  • equipment rentals
  • changes in services
  • programming additions such as on-demand and pay-per-view content

Solution

  1. Check your account balance through your My Shaw account.
  2. From My Shaw, you can view your account balance within the My Bills section. By default, your last months of bills will display under your current balance.
