I tried to log on to My Shaw. I keyed in the code for 2 steps verification, then I got locked out. I'm certain I put in the correct code, because I have done it many times now. Shaw on line chat couldn't solve it, told me that they would look into it. A week later, I still can't log on to My Shaw.

I recommend that you contact Shaw again ( www.shaw.ca/chat or 1-888-472-2222 ) to get assistance.
@fungrich -- the "code" that you receive is a "one-time" code. You cannot enter the same code more than once.
Each time that you get a "fresh" code, I think that you need to enter the code within 30 minutes.
Yes, I only use the code once. I have done numerous "Forgot password" scenarios and each time I got a new code. None of them works.
I will have to contact Shaw Support again. I guess nobody else has the same issue.
