Last night i am on the phone with one of your technician, because I a bit problem in one of my box here, I think one of this box is defect. We tried it in one of my TV in the living room and its still not working, but last night as I am talking to the technician, we've been cut off. Also when one of your technician was here Nove 26, to install the new boxes, he unplug my land line and did not put it back. So, now I have no landline.
