BAD review to Wrong assistant how can I UNDO?

I am typing for my grandfather who was on auto pay and his visa card changed, for two months he has been late. I began a 10:10 am with agent saurav wqp4  he began with asking for name, ph acct address postal code pin my grandfather doesn't type.  I finally got around to paying the bill on a secure form submitted, disconnected?  agent DavidIM43 came on solved everything in a couple minutes.  Unfortunatly I gave him a thumbs down bad review I thought it was going to saurav wqp4.    Then sauravwqp4 came back on its now almost 11 am,  asking for payment details  I gave him the review he deserved.  Hopefully David IM43 doesn't suffer my BAD review.
