Billing for leases internet Black box

Was wondering why we didn't get a refund for the $200.00 we paid for the return of the black internet box? 

You charged us $100.00 twice for this box which is insane by the way but you did get this back so where is the refund for this?  Would you mind explaining this to me? Elias Major AGLC Tech (Alberta Gaming and Liquor Cannabis).
