We have our regular monthly billing for Cable and Internet Service. Several months ago we added some TV channels which generated an addition monthly bill of $11.20. Rather than the amount being added to our existing account billing and paid through the autopay system, a separate Credit Card monthly billing for the $11.20 is paid. We have tried, by phone, several times to have the $11.20 added to the our account. Although we get lots of promises of "We'll take care of that or we'll correct that..." the double billing continues.
Just thought that using this forum maybe we would get some better action from Shaw.

This is a peer-to-peer discussion (and "gripe") forum, not a path to Shaw Support.
In my experience, any changes that I have requested have just been added to my monthly invoice. The invoice is automatically paid, on the due date, on my credit-card.
