Hi @Yancey , I do believe those things can be handled online by either the chat service or through facebook, twitter. I would highly recommend you try phoning first (I know big pain in the blank) but a person to person conversation seems to be a better approach when trying to negotiate a good price on a new 2 year value plan and yes you can just do the internet on a 2 year value plan with no tv. I believe also you might be able to do this online through the my shaw app or website, but you would probably get whatever price it automatically choses for you.
