Logon to your My Shaw portal, and access "My Bills", and scroll-down to "Transactions", where you can view all the transactions for the last three years. It will include your "changes", including credits for the remaining days in your billing-period for services that you cancelled, and charges for newly-added services, e.g., switching away from "Limited TV" to "Total TV".
