How do I get an Internet Billing printable report for 2020

How I get a printable report which shows what I paid each month in 2020 - Need it for 2020 Tax Purposes.  Can you capture that information and send it to my Email account ...

Create a login at my.shaw.ca, click on billing and you will see your invoices for the past two years.

Thankyou, I did already create my login, but billing won't download anything

Strange. Under Billing and then select Previous Bills, they should all be there in PDF format and available  to download.

Next step is to contact Shaw.

Hello RayeElder,

If nothing happens when you select the download icon, it might be a browser add-on that could be blocking it. Try testing with a different browser and see if you're able to download the PDF.
