I have signed a new contract and my bill was suppose to be lower and I am not seeing the changes.

@Richardbub -- your first invoice after making changes will reflect a few things:

  1. credit for the "unused" days in your previous contract,
  2. payment for the final month of service within your previous contract,
  3. first month of service on your new contract.

Logon to the My Shaw Portal, and look at the "Transactions" page for the entire year-to-date. Each change will be detailed.

By the second month of your new contract, you should see the new rate.
