@McLeodea -- if you logon to the My Shaw Portal, find the "Transactions" section.
You can ask it to show every credit/debit to your account, for the last 12+ months.
You should see "credits" for the items that you "removed" (for the remaining days in your current billing-period) and "debits" for all the newly-added items (pro-rated downward to cover the remaining days in your current billing-period).
