Welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion group. It is not a path to Shaw's "billing" department.
So, my response is "I can do nothing", except to suggest that you telephone Shaw (1-888-472-2222) and talk to a Shaw Agent, to indicate that you are planning to switch your Internet provider away from Shaw. You need a "seance" to talk to a non-live Shaw Agent. 🙂
Any dictionary will give you a definition for "kudos", but the "thumbs-up" icon that is placed below each post is a hint as to its function.
P.S. It is "zero kudos", not "oh kudos".
