movie rental

We rented the movie The French Dispatch on Dec 31 New Years Eve.  We watched the trailer for it before renting it the trailer was in English.  When we rented the movie it was ali in French and we could not change the language anywhere for it.  I would like to be reimbursed for this movie please.  I have been ill since then and this if the first time i have been able to address it.
