Hi @391956 , you will have to contact Shaw directly for this type of inquiry. You can phone/chat function/social media to get a hold of them.
@391956 -- can you connect to the My Shaw Portal, and view your invoices (for the last 2 years) and also view all "Transactions" ?

If you are not getting any "call-back" telephone-calls from Shaw, do they have your correct number?
Have you configured your telephone-service to "block" certain telephone-numbers? Shaw Home Phone lets you block up to 32 different numbers, and to block "unknown" telephone-numbers.
