Hi @Connor101 , have you followed up since with Shaw in regards to where is my replacement to confirm that it was sent out correctly? This is only a peer to peer user help forum and not a direct channel to Shaw Support, so I would highly recommend that you get back in touch with Shaw in regards to this matter either by chat (preferred) or phone. Hopefully Canada Post didn't screw up.
