@Dhuestis -- if you signed-up for "month-by-month" service, it expires, monthly. If you signed-up for a two-year Value Plan, logon to the My Shaw portal, and view any of your monthly statements, and the expiry-date will be listed.

Hi @Connor101 , have you followed up since with Shaw in regards to where is my replacement to confirm that it was sent out correctly?  This is only a peer to peer user help forum and not a direct channel to Shaw Support, so I would highly recommend that you get back in touch with Shaw in regards to this matter either by chat (preferred) or phone.  Hopefully Canada Post didn't screw up.
