Shaw Mobile Account Login Suggestion

It would be much better of when you login to Shaw Mobility you used ID and not the cell numbers of the phones you have on your plan.
I my case I have two phone on the plan I do not use personally - When I login to Mobility, the second step verification is sent to one of the cells I don't have. This is a real pain in the butt.
Is there a work around for this at all or can this system be improved to be more user friendly?

@Dale1970 thank you for your feedback. I don't believe there is a workaround for that at this time. You can update the two-step authentication phone number to one that you have for ease of access. Touch base with our support team members to make this change done.
