McAfee True Key Premium is a password management tool. With True Key, you are the password, making it easier and safer to unlock your digital world. Forget about the hassle of remembering multiple passwords—conveniently log in to your apps, sites and devices with McAfee True Key.

What's included
McAfee True Key can be installed on up to 10 of your devices including Windows, Mac, and mobile (iOS and Android). Here's an overview of the included features:
Quick and Simple Access
- From the moment you open your browser, the True Key browser extension helps you access your accounts easily.
- Stores and automatically fills in your password details.
- Enjoy convenient access to your apps, websites and devices.
Secure Your Identity
- The True Key App protects your passwords by scrambling them with AES-256, one of the strongest encryption algorithms available. Only you can access your information with the factors you choose.
- The True Key App gives you the freedom to add multiple layers of protection to access your True Key profile.
2nd Device authentication
- Use a mobile device to verify it’s you.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is standard with the True Key App. You'll always be verified by at least two factors before being signed in.
- Customize your profile by adding more factors—the more you add, the safer your profile becomes.
Trusted Device
- True Key recognizes which devices are yours
- Sign-in is simple; Just type in your master password on the device you trust. When not on a Trusted Device (a friend's phone, hotel computer), you'll be verified by a second authentication factor for safety.
Your One Master Password
- McAfee respects your privacy. Your passwords belong only to you—accessible only by you. McAfee will never share or sell your data.
Getting started
As an Network Security subscriber, you can easily access and download McAfee True Key from the My Shaw website.
- Go to my.shaw.ca and sign in.
- Navigate to My Services > Internet.
- Scroll down to the McAfee Multi Access section.
- If you haven't registered for McAfee yet, click Register, enter your information and then click Continue. Once you have registered, click Download.
- Follow the steps to download and install McAfee True Key software on your device.

How to use
Once you've installed McAfee True Key, it's available as an app on your device and an extension in your web browser. Simply open your True Key App, or go to the True Key section in your browser to take advantage of the included security and password management features.
