Use *87 to unblock anonymous calls.

Login to My Shaw, select "telephone", and disable that feature on your phone-line.

If the caller is a subscriber to Shaw Phone service, the caller must dial <star><six><seven> to "unblock" their phone, for the next call -- obviously to you.
