1. Long-distance telephone calls from one Shaw Phone customer to another Shaw Phone customer are "zero-billed", because all the traffic is carried over Shaw's network -- no "interconnect" to Telus/Bell/Rogers telephone network, and thus no fees to pay to those companies. So, I presume that Shaw chooses to not itemize those calls on your statement.
2. Logon to the My Shaw Portal. You can select & print your monthly invoices, for this year, 2020, and 2019.
