Voicemail greeting?

How can I change the greeting for my voicemail? I set it up when I was half asleep now I want to change the message and the name. How can I do that?

1. From your handset, dial <star><nine><eight>
2. Enter your 4-digit PIN
3. If you hear "you have no messages", you should then hear "press <two> to ....".
