Connecting to home WiFi
It's good to stay connected to your home WiFi network and these quick steps will help you to get started.  If you are using a Shaw wireless modem, you will be able to find your network name and password printed on the label on your modem.
 
  1. Tap Settings
  2. Select Wi-Fi
  3. Move the Wi-Fi slider to the On position
  4. Choose the WiFi network you want to connect to
  5. If prompted, enter the network password
  6. Select Join

Connecting to Shaw Go WiFi

As a Shaw Internet customer, you have complimentary access to Shaw Go WiFi — a network of over 100,000 WiFi hotspots across Western Canada.  The Shaw Go WiFi Finder app (Apple App Storewill help you find hotspots near you.

 

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Select Wi-Fi
  3. Move the WiFi slider to the On position
  4. Select the ShawOpen WiFi network
  5. Open your web browser
  6. Sign in using your Shaw.ca email address and password, or enter an access code

 

Choosing to register this device will allow it to automatically connect to Shaw Go WiFi hotspots when you are within their range.  Enter a name for this device and tap Remember Device.
