Internet is off for the 3rd time tonight! What is going on?
@caperheart I haven't heard of any reports of issues right now. We post service alerts and updates here. Are you still experiencing issues?
On what date is "tonight"?
Just Internet, or also TV and/or Phone?
For each occurrence, what was the start/end times of each outage?
Did the outages affect any of your neighbours who also subscribe to Shaw Internet?
Did the pattern of the lamps on the Shaw router change during the outage?
Did it affect just your Ethernet-connected devices, or just your WiFi devices?
