Blue curve wifi

When i first got my blue curve modem i had to separate the networks out cause my iPad gaming was skipping/jittery.   I talked to support and they said it was because i was switching between 2.4 and 5 ghz networks.  So I separated them and when on the 5ghz network it worked flawlessly.

Then we had to move the modem to the other side of the house cause it was so loud.  That meant we had to use pods to get coverage.

Now with the pods I can’t choose which network which means my gaming is back to the skipping/jitter.

When I talked to support I was told I needed a service call.

don’t know how that’s going to fix things?

Any suggestions??

Now that the networks are separated, can you disable the 2.4 Ghz on the BlueCurve, so that only the 5 Ghz is available? Then, reboot your pod(s), and measure your computer's connection.

Got any other 2.4 Ghz networks being broadcasted by your immediate neighbours, causing "interference" ?
