why is bluecurve such a piece of garbage? Every 2 minutes it bails. Each and every day, They can't fix it. Morons

I've been using Bluecurve since before it was called Bluecurve, and it's been working flawlessly.
Define "bails". Disconnects? Slow? One device? All devices? Wifi? Hard wired? Need more info.
Can't troubleshoot based on a rant.
