I have been trying for the last 2 days to cancel my wifi and request a label to ship my modem back. I have called countless times and cant even get through to a voice message due to high volume of calls. On top of that, I have used the online shaw support and waited almost 3 hours before someone talked to me. We talked for a bit then they disappeared and my problem was not resolved. I had to start a shaw assistant chat all over again. I am trying to be patient as I realize it is a very busy time. However it is frustrating when I am still paying and just want to cancel and I cant even do that.
