Cancellation at end of term

I want to cancel my service at the end of my two year contract. But the only way to do this is apparently to call in. I called in multiple times only to be put on hold and waited for up to two hours, until my smartphone battery ran low. Any other method of cancellation? I tried both email, Facebook and they all told me to call in. Is the only way to get resolution is to go to the media? I don't want to be put on hold another minute. 😞

@Rurika I am very sorry for the long waits and experience. I'd recommend dropping by your local Shaw retailer with your equipment if you are looking to cancel your account.
