Hi,
It started around 2-3 weeks ago, I am not able to log into the Cisco DCP3848 modem/router. Keep saying:
This site can't be reached
192.160.0.1 took too long to respond.
I was able to do that previously without problems. I unplugged, plugged the unit hoping this will fix it but no luck.
Anyone having the same problem?
Thanks.

@ay888 a pinhole factory reset should bring back all functionality. You will need to reconnect your wireless devices to the network once that is done.

Open a command-line prompt on your Windows computer. Enter: IPCONFIG | FIND "192"
I think that you will find "Default Gateway ...192.168" -- "eight" instead of "zero".
Thanks for the response.
Sorry, I typed it wrong. Should be 192.168.0.1.

Assuming that your computer has Internet access through the cable-modem, enter: IPCONFIG | FIND "Gateway"
The displayed IP-address *might* be "192.168.0.1". If it is not, then use that displayed IP-address in your web-browser.
Also, check that your web-browser is *NOT* enabled to use a "proxy-server".
