Connecting Xbox one to Shaw network

I’m trying to get my sons Xbox one to show up as connected on my BlueCurve app so that I can control his wifi access on it. The device shows up, but I can’t seem to connect it.  Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can do this and limit his time on it?  Thanks in advance.

@nickkill50 you should be able to create a profile and add the device to it since it shows up through the BlueCurve Home App. Once that is done, you can then control the profile on when to turn off the connection. The device may need to be on to connect to it initially.
