I have been trying for 3 days to talk to a person that can disconnect my internet..... No one at the 1 888 472 2222 number seems to have that power. Sooooooo they put me back on hold. I have been on hold for a total of 9 hours on the phone and 1.5 hours on the chat. Going to contact the CRTC and the CCTS and the better business bureau.

Why not visit your local Shaw Retail Store?
You'll have to physically return the modem to Shaw (Shaw would invoice you, if you keep it), which necessitates a visit to their store.

Go back to Shaw chat and end your service. They will send your equipment return instructions. Be nice to them.
