If you have the ability to edit you should really delete or edit your post to remove your personal information.  This is a customer to customer forum not moderated by Shaw support.  Call Shaw support at 1-888-472-2222 for assistance with your issue.

If you cancelled your internet, your email account will automatically deleted.

Hi @perce ,  and Hi @Spatch  ,  I will ask a Shaw Moderator which are real but do not visit on a daily basis.  So @shaw-tony  or @shaw-valerie  could you please remove the original posters personal info, thanks in advance.  Oh and @rstra is correct if you are no longer a Shaw internet customer your email with Shaw is now deleted from service.  Have a great day.  Stay Safe.
