Windows 8 system? Windows 10? Apple Mac Mini? Apple iPad? Linux system?
What E-mail program are you using? Microsoft Outlook? Windows 10 mail? Thunderbird? GMail?
Have you followed the instructions on the Shaw Support web-site to properly configure your E-mail program?
If you logon to Shaw WebMail, can you send a "test" message to a family-member, or to a friend (or to yourself) ?
