I returned all Shaw equipment via Canada Post yesterday. Tracking information indicates that Canada Post has delivered the package this morning; however, there is no signature on the delivery confirmation. The tracking information also does not indicate it was shipped to Shaw--merely that it was a return service. How do I know that it was actually delivered to Shaw? Thanks.

Canada Post only provides delivery time and city. Give Shaw time to process the returned equipment and you can check that the account no longer has the equipment.
