One of my shaw web email accounts is getting an error saying it is no longer active, even though it has been con sisterly in use for years. The error reads as,
“HTTP ERROR 400
Problem accessing /service/preauth. Reason:
account is not active:[emailAccount]@shaw.caPowered by Jetty://“
It sounds like there might be an error or a setting that needs to be updated on our end, so I'd recommend getting in touch with technical support. They should be able to get it fixed for you.
