I disagree, but I admit that a few Shaw employees do contribute to this forum.
@Joyce5572 -- if you logon to the My Shaw Portal, which is faster than trying to telephone Shaw Support, you may print any Shaw invoice from this year and the last, to see any changes in your billing.
Also, printed on the invoice from December is an announcement of rate-changes that took effect on 1/1/2021. Some of the rate-changes do apply to customers on the two-year Value Plan, which guarantees no price increases in the "basic" services. The important word is "basic".
