For some unknown reason Shaw seems to have deactivated my email account. Can't send or receive emails

Have logged in online changed my password. My email settings are correct but my email account appears to be inactive.

Ok so I can send emails just can't receive emails. Virtually my bills are received via email so I would really like this resolved. Especially since I've been on hold for over 40 minutes on the phone.
