Internally to that resource?  clusters on 10Gb links?

(And yes, I am serious.  Me pulling things down from them was not really the issue, it was being annoyed when I pushed things back up.)

I fully agree. In this age of "the cloud" and all the uploads we do with online storage, it's time to get with the program and increase that ridiculously low cap on upstream.
