How do I completly remove email from shaw webmail

I can spend hours and day's trying to figure out Shaw web mail. I burn gas, and more gas to go to Shaw office. 

Why do you have chat... its alway's busy when all you have is one person answering the chat. 

Please put get adeguate staff with proper knowledge of Shaw system to help the mess of Shaw webmail
