How do I set up Shaw email in Outlook for Mac 2018 (newest version)

Under "Exchange" it asks for DOMAIN\Username or Email... what should I put for "DOMAIN"?

Thank you for reaching out! The email set up steps should be similar to the one we have here. The Domain/Username should be your Shaw email address without the @shaw.ca prefix. If you have any other questions regarding your email setup, you can reach out to the email client support contacts here.

All instructions state to open File > Add Account!! There is no such listing under File!  I've tried and tried to sort out having my Shaw email coming in to Outlook, without any success to date.

The directions noted in the link above are from Outlook 2016, so it may be a little different depending on the version you are using. That said, the newer version I happen to be using still has a "+ Add Account" listed at the top after selecting File. If you're not seeing this, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance with the settings for their program.
