So I heard Shaw has doubled its internet speed from 150 mbps to 300 mbps. However, I’ve tried speed testing and this is not the case.
Thank you for reaching out! The speeds have certainly doubled, I have more information on that here. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend unplugging the modem for one minute, and then powering it back up. I also noticed that you ran a speed test on your iPhone over WiFi. Are you noticing the same speeds with a direct ethernet connection from the modem to a desktop PC? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Keep me posted.
