Internet Disconnecting

Recently have gone from having to unplug my power and coax cable every couple weeks or so to the internet disconnecting and having to restart the router every 30 minutes or so. Unable to do basically anything with it like this. Located in NE Calgary, no outages. Anyone have a solution?

@TommyVW -- it has been a month since your posting. When you contacted Shaw Support (1-888-472-2222) were they able to resolve your issue?
