@Oona1 -- what is really going on?

This is a peer-to-peer discussion forum, not a path to Shaw Support.

Can you supply a few more details:

  1. the Internet speed that you are subscribed to? 75 Mbps? 150? 300? 500? 600? 750? 1000?
  2. does your computer have at least a dual-core processor, running at speed of 2.2 Ghz, or faster?
  3. do you have a "CAT 5e" (or "CAT 6") Ethernet cable between your cable-modem and your computer?
  4. do you have any coaxial-splitter between your computer and the wall-port? If so, temporarily bypass it.
  5. what numbers do you get when you run the Shaw Speed Test?
