We have had no TV or Internet service for over 24hrs and there are no outages or maintenance listed on the outages and service page.
I do most of my work from home and this extremely annoying.
I am located in the Renfrew area of Calgary.
Unplug the power-cords from your cable-modem and your Digital Terminal. Reconnect them, and power-on each box.
Nearest retail store to the Renfrew area is Shaw Calgary (downtown) at:
Shaw Court, 630 3 Ave SW, T2P 0G4, (403) 716-6000.
Have done that multiple times... modem flashes green and never goes to solid white. Blue sky box says we are having problems...
Anyone who works for Shaw have any answers as to if there is any work being done in the area?
So there is an outage that is not listed on the outage page.

There is also an outage in the area - "Interruption of services". there is currently no expected time of resolution but we are working on the issue and have techs in the area.

@holydiver looks like there was a small outage in your area affecting certain homes (INC0622397). I am very sorry for any frustrations this has caused. This issue has been resolved now. Let me know if you are still unable to get connected!
