Online order for Fibre

Hi all, it seems that my building only has Fibre and so, if I am planning to do an online order, (wondering if anyone has similar issues with this) will the modem/ router that I will be given, be compatible with it?

Or is this something that requires 'special' attention to it - where I will need to call in?

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry for the delay in response. The forums aren't monitored as closely as our other support channels. Fibre-fed builds do have some different equipment. I'd recommend reaching out to our customer support team for more details.
