I want to remove one of my 3 Shaw pods from my wifi network.
Both the iPhone and Windows apps fail to do this "We're having some trouble . . . "
Not a big deal, but might point to other issues.
Solved! Go to Solution.
@kenohrn -- unplug the pod from its current location, and your network will reconfigure itself. Any devices that were connected to that pod may need to be restarted, to connect to one of the other pods, or to your cable-modem.
Connect the pod to an electrical outlet near the cable-modem, and see if you can then view it, and then "remove" it.

Excellent. That worked.
Many thanks.
