This might mean that an issue has been resolved, and the notice has been removed.

Otherwise, call Shaw (1-888-472-2222) to get an official response from them.

Poor quality of picture with no lower channels, this has been going on for days. Why is this not being addressed? This is not the first time after several service calls over 2 years we have been told the problem is the service box at the street and still no one has followed up, very disappointed,extremely poor customer service.
