I am unable to change the POP settings in Outlook to configure my Shaw email account. I can send emails from Outlook but not receive. When I log into Shaw I can email and receive. Is this an Outlo

Thank you! Unfortunately Outlook won't let me adjust my settings. I know I have in the past. I may have to reach out to Microsoft.
