Shaw deleted my email account

Today I tried to access my email from my phone, and couldn't login..
Tried again from my PC... same problem "Invalid email or pswd" error...
Logged into myshaw, and low-n-behold, it says I have "0 of 10" email addresses.
Of course there is no support available either by phone or chat.

This is just the latest issue w Shaw for me... I cancelled my phone in May, but they still billed me for June, and the latest bill shows they still have the phone service listed in billing...
I'm disabled and don't have a printer, but they wont mail me a shipping label to return the phone eMTA, only send me one by email, which I cant print out... but oh, they just deleted my email account so even if I did have a printer I still couldnt print it off...
Shaw really sucks!

and got the reply:

  • telephone support is available
  • online-chat is available
  • find a friend who has E-mail and a printer, and ask them to read one E-mail message, and then print one page
  • check that Shaw's store-front is both OPEN and ACCEPTING hardware returns. Due to COVID-19, I was told, inside the local store, to use Canada Post to return all hardware, where it can be properly disinfected & handled. I did not ask them for a physical return-label -- I should have.
