Today I tried to access my email from my phone, and couldn't login..
Tried again from my PC... same problem "Invalid email or pswd" error...
Logged into myshaw, and low-n-behold, it says I have "0 of 10" email addresses.
Of course there is no support available either by phone or chat.
This is just the latest issue w Shaw for me... I cancelled my phone in May, but they still billed me for June, and the latest bill shows they still have the phone service listed in billing...
I'm disabled and don't have a printer, but they wont mail me a shipping label to return the phone eMTA, only send me one by email, which I cant print out... but oh, they just deleted my email account so even if I did have a printer I still couldnt print it off...
Shaw really sucks!
